Another Gold Medal Client at Chelsea 2017

Leontopodium alpinum Blossom of Snow

Grassroot PR was delighted to work with specialist nursery Harperley Hall Farm Nurseries from Northumberland, recently, in the run up to RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

I often find there is a great synergy working within the gardening world and in this instance I was able to introduce an exclusive new plant for my client Suttons, to be featured on the boy’s exhibit in the Great Pavilion. I love it when I can help two companies at once!

Suttons were delighted to be supporting Harperley Hall Farm Nurseries, by supplying their exclusive and exciting new alpine, Edelweiss Blossom of Snow, (Leontopodium alpinum ‘Berghman’ Blossom of Snow) which is featured on their stand GPD186. What’s more, it also got shortlisted for the RHS Plant of The

Year 2017 Awards. With its huge impressive flowers and long strong stems, it makes a superb cut flower for arrangements.

Plus, delighted to hear that their stand won yet another prestigious GOLD MEDAL- well done Garry and Paul.

Sometime before Christmas 2016 I started talking to a friend who worked for the HTA about RHS Chelsea Flower Show. I was hoping to get a newly developed plant from my client, Suttons, into Chelsea Flower Show ! As luck would have it, she was working on a stand for renown horticulturalist, Peter Seabrook.
